Sage icterina has wonderful green and gold colored leaves which can be used in containers or the garden but still have sage flavor, sage is mostly used for cooking poultry and fish dishes as well as flavoring sausage. Sage is drought tolerant, fragrant, evergreen and deer resistant. |
