Available spring and summer Cilantro santo is slower to bolt or seed so it is a better choice if using for leaf production, cilantro is a popular herb but most people dont know coriander is cilantro seed so you get two herbs in one, for cilantro use fresh leaves for best flavor they lose their flavor fast so not good dried, for corriander let bloom and seeds to mature then harvest seed and they can be used fresh or dried, roots have the most flavor but use fresh.
